Observation

Plug in outlet covers observed on all outlets throughout licensed space, must be removed as pose choking hazard. Plastic bags must be removed from drawers/cabinets or made inaccessible to children. Need stickers or art work attached to bottom half of sliding glass doors. Area beneath the deck outside must be enclosed/made inaccessible to children. Need to move safety gate to base of stairs in entry. 6 outlets in the playroom and 3 in the kitchen must be made tamper resistant or inaccessible to children (blank face plates) Outlet in bathroom next to sink must be made tamper resistant and GFCI as required. One outlet in kitchen next to sink must be made tamper resistant and GFCI as required.
